- Gather your supplies: tissue paper, spray mist, circle punches, buttons & embroidery floss.
- Cut your tissue paper into strips wide enough to punch circles in.
- Punch circles of varying sizes in the strips of tissue paper.
- Layer several tissue paper circles, with the smaller circles on top, add a button to the center of the top circle and attach the button and layers of tissue paper together using embroidery floss.
- Spray the flowers with the spray mist. Set aside to dry.
- Once dry, the flowers should have a crinkly look to them.
- Use your flowers on a project.
